• Read about policies labour in Colombia and please write two paragraph answer this question: What would you change about policies labour in your city.

Labor policy in Colombia.

It shows the labor situation in Colombia, where there are an infinity of obstacles to acquire a job where many Colombians have achieved only an emotional waste, the need for work conditionsing constitute the life, so they need to have an income that covers vital expenses. a fundamental element in social and economic development, which on the one hand allows people to meet their priority needs for social and material life.

In Colombia, in addition to the obstacles to get a job, there are many psycho-technical tests to which we are subjected when deciding the fate of a person, this career to obtain a job has no stability or guarantees of linkage. Regardless of the profession. Although within the Political Constitution the right to work is contemplated; they are increasingly violated, so divisions are generated between some professions and others, between generations in the case of experience, years of work, studies and updates. Studies show that in Colombia unemployment is one of the two most serious problems facing the country, the economic history of the country in the last decade has taught us that sustained economic growth is not enough to achieve substantial reductions in the unemployment rate.

What would you change about policies labour in your city.

It is evident that unemployment in the municipality of Taminango Nariño, is a negative social phenomenon, which means that the development of the region is slow.

If I had the power to change:

• Respect the right to work as a fundamental right of all people.
• Another objection would also be asking small and large companies to implement strategies where they can solve a greater number of workers in their companies. and in this way minimize informal work.

The main products of these companies are.

• Centrales Eléctricas de Nariño S.A. E.S.P. - CEDENAR, a Colombian company incorporated in 1955 that generates, distributes and sells electricity in the department of Nariño in southwestern Colombia, on the border with Ecuador

• MONTAGAS S.A. E.S.P, utility company dedicated to distribute and commercialize propane gas g.l.p. in cylinders and in bulk.
